Q. How do I get my coins graded?

A. We send coins for grading on a regular basis and can assist you with the process of sending your coins off to be graded. To find out more either email or call and we can guide you through the process.
 
Q. How long does it take to process our order?
A. We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 business days.
 
Q. Can you assist with valuing my collection?
A. If you send us clear images of the items you would like valued we will be able to assist you with some pricing estimates.
 
Q. Is pick up available?
A. Pick up can be arranged for Perth metro customers.
 
Q. Do you email me when my order is dispatched?
A. Yes. Once your order has been processed you will receive an automated email confirming your tracking details.
 
Q. What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
A. We try our best to pack your items carefully, however accidents do happen, items damaged in transit will either be replaced or refunded including the postage cost (If applicable). 
 
Q. Do you buy Coins and Collections?
A. Yes we do.
 
We regularly have sellers approaching us looking to sell their unwanted items.
 
If you have some items you are thinking of selling, please send us an email with some information on the items you wish to sell.

List of all of the items you wish to sell
Include the price you are hoping to sell for
Images of the items where possible
Please note that we don't buy circulated coins unless they are part of an entire collection being sold.
 
Q. How much does postage cost within Australia?
Parcel Post with Tracking: $11.95
Express Domestic Shipping: $15.95
Orders over $350 will receive free parcel postage with tracking.
 
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. With current conditions we allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be delivered. All order can be tracked via the Australia Post tracking services.
