The 1995 Waltzing Matilda sterling silver proof dollar with interrupted edge milling was sold through the Royal Australian Mint mailing list and selected numismatic dealers. The coin commemorates the 100th anniversary of the writing and first public performance of A. B. 'Banjo' Paterson's Waltzing Matilda. It was distributed encapsulated in a square black leatherette hinged lid case protected by a special presentation box and accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity.
