2023 James Bond Legacy Series Silver Minted Mini 1oz Coin

Fictional British Secret Service agent James Bond, also known as 007, was created by former intelligence officer and author Ian Fleming in 1953. The daring spy featured in 12 novels and two short-story collections before appearing in one of the world’s most successful film franchises.

Struck by The Perth Mint from 1oz of 99.99% pure silver, the coin is issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.

The Perth Mint will release no more than 2,500 of the James Bond 2023 1oz Silver Minted Mini Coin.

DESIGN

The reverse of the character-shaped coin portrays a stylised representation of James Bond in colour. Included in the design are his trademark white dinner jacket and a martini cocktail.

The obverse of the coin bears the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II supplemented with the dates of her reign ‘1952-2022’, as well as the coin’s weight, purity, monetary denomination and 2023 year-date.
