Job Title: Pick Packer (Perth Based Role)

About the Role
We are a small, fast-growing numismatic business in Western Australia that is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pick Packer to join our close-knit team. This role is offered on a casual or part-time basis initially, with flexibility around working hours, and the opportunity to progress to a permanent full-time position in the future for the right person.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and is looking to build trust and grow with a business over time.
Key Responsibilities<br>
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders
- Handling and packaging high-value stock with care and precision
- Stocktaking and inventory organisation
- Preparing cartons and packaging materials
- General warehouse duties as required
- Basic computer and administrative tasks (training provided)
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
About You
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to follow established processes
- Comfortable with physical tasks and being on your feet
- Willing to learn and take on a variety of duties
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided
Trust & Security Requirement
Due to the nature of our business, this role involves working with highly valuable stock and customer consignments on site. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a police check as part of the recruitment process.
